Models Own Nail Polish

Well, after watching countless videos on youtube with Guru's raving about this relatively unknown brand, i was intrigued to see for myself if they where indeed all they lived up to be, and yes i believe they are! and i know that it was pretty much a guarantee that they would be considering the hype, but everyone's taste is different right? anyway a few months back now i ordered 4 polishes and spent about an hour deciding which ones to choose! anyway i ended up with the now famous 'Lilac Dream' which i absolutely adore by the way, its a love love love! 'Buff Pink' also 'Disco Mix' and 'Magenta Drive' these 3 colours i found that from the first coat not to be very exciting at all like promised, but they are build able and needed about 3 coats sometimes even 4 to get the full justice of the polish (which when was achieved looked lovely!) but they do take a fairly long time to dry, non the less i love these products and will definitely be buying more of in the near future. I'm on my second bottle 'Lilac Dream' already, and i must say it is my favorite nail varnish of all time at the moment, nothing in my opinion can beat it, it is just so pigmented and the colour is simply delicious! and i receive so many compliments about it! :) CHECK IT OUT ITS A MUST TO SATISFY YOUR LIFE! :)

palmers dark chocolate and peppermint lip butter

After watching an interview with Katie Price (love her) on GMTV in July last year - ages ago i know, however i was intrigued by the lipgloss she was wearing and it turned out to be this.. the Palmers Dark Chocolate and Peppermint lip butter. So of i went too boots and purchased it and i must say this product disappointed me, i expected it to have more of a sheen, as it looked on Katie's lips very glossy.. maybe the filler gives her more of an effect? it has a very thick consistency, so unless you use it sparingly you will end up with it applied so thick it comes off into your mouth (yuckkkk!) it does have the most amazing smell though.. it reminds me of after eights.. maybe it would be good as a substitute for eating the real thing.. smell the chocolate! less calories eh! i think i paid around £2.50 for this product, and thats all its worth. i'd give it a 5/10

Im Verity and i will be blogging about anything and everything, mainly fashion, beauty and cosmetic related, anyway what i want to do with this blog is review mainly beauty cosmetics sold in drugstores like boots and superdrug, i mean come on how many of these actually live up to what they claim to be, lets be honest very few! and i will be testing and finding out the real gems:) thats my aim anyway, as well as just having rants about anything thats bugging me or im loving! which i cant wait to do:)
